Before you start
What is included in the base fee?
The search and shortlist: discovery call, job description review, advertising and sourcing, CV screening, our recruiter interview, a curated shortlist, interview scheduling and salary and offer negotiation support. Everything else is an add-on you choose.
What does 8% mean, is it VAT?
8% is our base fee, as a share of the annual gross salary. VAT is a separate government tax, also 7.5%, added on top of the total. The builder shows both lines so they are easy to tell apart.
When do I pay?
60% of the estimated total before the search begins, and the balance once the salary is confirmed. The balance is due within 3 business days of the invoice, and always before we hand over your chosen candidate.
What if the final amount is lower than the deposit?
If the final fee is lower than the deposit, we refund the difference within 10 business days or credit it for 6 months, your choice.
Is there a minimum fee?
Yes. The recruitment fee has a minimum of ₦200,000 per role. The builder applies it for you.
Can I change my bundle later?
Yes. Any add-on can be requested after we start. Checks are quoted per candidate.
