• To reply to enquiries and deliver the services you ask for.
• To match candidates with roles and share candidate profiles with clients, with the candidate’s knowledge.
• To carry out verification checks that a candidate or client has agreed to.
• To manage bookings, invoices and our relationship with you.
• To improve our website and services.

Legal basis

We process personal information where you have given consent, where it is needed to perform a contract with you, where we have a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights, or where the law requires it. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and, where they apply, the UK GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

Who we share it with

We share information only when needed: with clients considering a candidate, with referees and verification providers, and with trusted service providers such as email, forms, booking and hosting tools. We do not sell personal information.

Because we work across North America, the United Kingdom and West Africa, your information may be transferred between countries. When it is, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires. Candidates can ask us to remove their details from our talent network at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email hello@primehireagency.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
