We're currently seeking a dynamic and innovative individual for the role of Personal Assistant to MD on behalf of our esteemed Nightlife & Hospitality client.

Job Summary:
We are hiring a highly organized, sharp, and street-smart Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of a fast-paced nightlife and hospitality business. This role requires discretion, initiative, and flexibility — with availability during evenings and weekends. If you're passionate about the entertainment industry, thrive in dynamic environments, and can confidently manage behind-the-scenes operations.this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage MD’s calendar, appointments, and logistics (personal and business)

  • Handle company phone lines, office phone, booking coordination (meetings, events, staff, guests)

  • Monitor and maintain company emails and digital accounts

  • Coordinate daily errands, bookings, deliveries, and logistics

  • Attend events or office locations as needed to represent or support the MD

  • Support operational processes including staff onboarding, form submissions, and system workflows

  • Mingle with guests and manage crowd flow discreetly when required

  • Communicate with internal staff while respecting organizational hierarchy

  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors

  • Monitor messages, emails, and handle follow-ups

  • Keep track of important deadlines, meetings, and tasks

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for nightlife, entertainment, and hospitality

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with agility

  • Strong customer service skills with an approachable, warm, yet professional demeanor

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing forms, emails, and light digital tools

  • Understands boundaries and maintains professionalism at all times

  • Emotionally intelligent, proactive, and quick to learn

  • Values loyalty, confidentiality, and can be trusted with sensitive business and personal information

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and adapt to the MD’s schedule

Must be able to start ASAP.
