Floor Manager – Nightlife & Hospitality

We're currently seeking a dynamic and innovative individual for the role of a Floor Manager on behalf of our esteemed Nightlife & Hospitality client.

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a sharp, people-oriented Floor Manager to oversee daily on-ground operations across both our nightclub and restaurant spaces. The ideal candidate is assertive, detail-focused, and able to juggle service, staffing, and real-time problem-solving in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This role requires strong leadership, hospitality instincts, and the ability to handle guests, staff, and venue logistics with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee floor operations during opening hours (including evenings and weekends)

  • Supervise waitstaff, bar team, bouncers, and cleaners to ensure timely, professional service

  • Enforce venue policies and manage crowd control with tact and authority

  • Monitor service delivery and ensure prompt, polite, and professional guest interaction

  • Handle VIP guest expectations and special requests

  • Coordinate directly with the MD and management on operational issues

  • Track shift attendance and performance of floor staff

  • Handle complaints, resolve conflicts, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment

  • Assist with event setup, logistics, and real-time execution

  • Ensure cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness of venue before and during service

  • Submit daily reports and incident logs as needed

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in nightlife, hospitality, or events management (at least 2 years)

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent communication and crisis management abilities

  • Hands-on, present, and physically agile (this is not a behind-the-scenes role)

  • Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage difficult guests or situations

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

  • Tech-comfortable (able to use WhatsApp, Google Forms, simple tracking tools)

  • Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods

  • Accommodation provided on-site
