We’re looking for a polished, personable, and highly organized Lifestyle Manager to be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and partners.
This role is a hybrid of client services, front-of-house hospitality, and high-touch lifestyle management. You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless, luxurious experience for all visitors while supporting day-to-day operational coordination across the brand’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome all clients, walk-ins, and visitors warmly, creating a luxurious, polished showroom atmosphere.
Guide clients through the showroom experience, offering tailored recommendations and detailed insights on collections, materials, and customization options.
Ensure every client leaves feeling seen, valued, and inspired to return.
Maintain the showroom to the highest standards—visually curated, clean, organized, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
Manage showroom appointments, bookings, and the calendar to optimize client flow and maximize personalized service.
Support small event setups, private viewings, client activations, or content creation as needed.
Assist with quotations, invoicing, and order processing in collaboration with the sales and operations team.
Upsell relevant items or services naturally and confidently, adding value to each client interaction.
Build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships that drive loyalty.
Create and update client profiles, noting preferences, styles, and purchase history for future visits.
Follow up post-visit to ensure satisfaction, handle any additional service needs, and encourage repeat engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Perform other related tasks or duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Tools:
Previous experience in luxury retail, showroom management, hospitality, or lifestyle concierge
Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Interest in furniture, interior design, and premium lifestyle services
Ability to handle high-end clientele with discretion and attention to detail
Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented
