Job Summary:
We are seeking polished and adaptable Sales & Client Experience Associates for luxury showroom and retail environments under the same brand group. These roles combine premium customer service with sales and upselling, ensuring every client enjoys a high-end, personalized shopping experience.
Successful candidates may be placed in the showroom, retail store, or other front-facing positions within the brand group, based on their skills and fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a premium customer experience from first contact to after-sales follow-up.

  • Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling, adding value to each client interaction.

  • Book and manage client appointments, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Maintain showroom/store displays and stock presentation to luxury standards.

  • Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.

  • Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via digital channels (e.g., WhatsApp, email).

  • Process transactions and handle payments when required.

  • Welcome all clients, walk-ins, and visitors warmly, creating a luxurious, polished showroom atmosphere.

  • Guide clients through the showroom experience, offering tailored recommendations and detailed insights on collections, materials, and customization options.

  • Ensure every client leaves feeling seen, valued, and inspired to return.

  • Support small event setups, private viewings, client activations, or content creation as needed.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Perform other related tasks or duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Customer service or sales experience preferred (luxury retail experience is an advantage).

  • Interest in furniture, interior design, and premium lifestyle services

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn POS systems, booking tools, and communication platforms quickly.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation standards.

  • Neat and professional appearance at all times.

  • Ability to handle high-end clientele with discretion and attention to detail

  • Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented.

  • Ability to work on-site in Lagos.
