We're currently seeking a dynamic and innovative individual for the role of an Architect on behalf of our esteemed client.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the execution of architectural projects that align with client needs, budgets, and timelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet both aesthetic and functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and designs for residential and commercial projects.

  • Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

  • Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility.

  • Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction.

  • Generate graphic presentations to include renderings and inspiration imagery.

  • Present design proposals and revisions to clients for approval.

  • Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.

  • Conducts client interviews to determine technical requirements for the design.

  • Maintain proper documentation of design changes and approvals.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in architectural design.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software.

  • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and compliance.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
