Job Summary:
We’re hiring for multiple Social Media Manager, Content Strategist and Videographer for our interior design/architectural client. All roles vary in scope, from strategy to execution. If you are versatile, creative, and passionate about social media, we will consider you for the position that best matches your qualifications, skills, and overall fit.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market and competitor research to guide content.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with showroom marketing goals.
Create, curate, and publish high-quality, visually appealing content across social media platforms.
Plan and maintain a content calendar that balances promotional, educational, and lifestyle posts.
Monitor social media engagement, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content accordingly.
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
Manage day-to-day social media activities including responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
Collaborate with the team to plan campaigns, promotions, and content calendars.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and social platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Assist in coordinating digital campaigns that drive foot traffic and online interest.
Create and curate campaigns that drive engagement, sales, or brand awareness.
Other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Tools:
2+ years of professional social media management experience.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to work on-site in Lagos.
