Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, strategic Social Media Associate & Content Strategist to lead the online presence of a luxury furniture showroom. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital storytelling, content creation, and brand growth. You’ll be responsible not only for crafting eye-catching and engaging content but also for developing and executing a social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and showroom visits If you have a good eye for design, love creating content, and understand what works on social media, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with showroom marketing goals.

  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality, visually appealing content across social media platforms.

  • Plan and maintain a content calendar that balances promotional, educational, and lifestyle posts.

  • Monitor social media engagement, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content accordingly.

  • Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on engagement, reach, and growth.

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities including responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.

  • Collaborate with the team to plan campaigns, promotions, and content calendars.

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and social platform updates to keep the showroom’s content fresh and relevant.

  • Assist in coordinating digital campaigns that drive foot traffic and online interest.

  • Create and curate campaigns that drive engagement, sales, or brand awareness.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Tools:

You must be proficient in:

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)

  • Running and managing brand pages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn (posting, engagement, insights)

  • Content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Express)

  • Social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite)

  • Copywriting and caption writing for different brand tones

  • Basic photo/video editing for mobile or short-form content

  • Analytics and performance tracking tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics)
