Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Content Creator & Social Media Manager to grow Prime Hire’s online presence and build a brand that feels as human as it is global.
You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X — capturing moments that reflect our culture, services, clients, and community. From HR tips and business insights to behind-the-scenes stories and job updates, your work will bring Prime Hire’s voice to life online.
This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, can think strategically about engagement and consistency, and thrives in a fast-paced, ideas-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
Plan, shoot, edit, and publish content across all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X).
Develop weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with brand priorities.
Create engaging captions, hashtags, and visual layouts consistent with Prime Hire’s tone and style.
Capture daily operations, behind-the-scenes moments, and events at The Hub or client sites.
Repurpose content across platforms (e.g., reels to TikToks, carousel to LinkedIn post).
Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite or Later.
Community Management
Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community conversations.
Monitor brand mentions, trends, and user-generated content.
Support internal campaigns by collaborating with HR, operations, and recruitment teams.
Manage job postings, announcements, and campaign spotlights in alignment with brand tone.
Brand Strategy & Analytics
Contribute to Prime Hire’s annual and quarterly content strategy, aligning with business goals.
Track and report engagement, follower growth, and reach metrics; identify opportunities for improvement.
Research and stay ahead of trends in HR, operations, and digital storytelling.
Experiment with new formats and campaign ideas that make Prime Hire stand out.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work with all departments to ensure company updates, new services, and success stories are shared online.
Capture visual and written content that showcases Prime Hire’s people, clients, and culture.
Coordinate with HR for employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and internal features.
Other tasks as assigned.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent storytelling and communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong understanding of social media strategy and algorithms.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for design and editing.
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and LinkedIn scheduling tools.
Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content independently (phone or camera).
Analytical mindset for monitoring metrics and improving engagement.
Organized and detail-oriented — meets deadlines without losing creativity.
Comfortable being on camera occasionally for brand videos or campaigns.
