Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the welcoming face and operational heartbeat of The Hub by Prime Hire. In this role, you’ll ensure every guest, client, and team member entering the space is greeted with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented, someone who takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly, communicates clearly, and embodies Prime Hire’s “people-first” standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Front-Desk & Guest Experience
Warmly welcome and check in guests, clients, and staff; maintain a professional yet approachable tone.
Handle calls, messages, and walk-ins politely and efficiently.
Record all visitor and staff check-ins/check-outs via Google Form or assigned tracker.
Encourage guest feedback and reviews after visits.
Coordinate refreshments and ensure waiting areas are always guest-ready.
Facility & Office Upkeep
Conduct beginning- and end-of-shift walkthroughs to confirm:
lights, ACs, and appliances are off when not in use; space is clean and organized.Ensure reception area, offices, and restrooms are tidy at all times.
Oversee cleaners’ daily performance and escalate facility issues to the EOA immediately.
Monitor basic inventory (stationery, cleaning supplies, beverages) and raise replenishment requests through EOA.
Logistics & Coordination
Manage package deliveries, pickups, and dispatch riders; log all movement.
Support event or meeting setups, including booking meeting rooms and confirming readiness.
Assist with light errands and small purchases as approved by the EOA (using company card or authorization process).
Attendance & ReportingMonitor staff sign-ins/sign-outs when on duty.
Submit short end-of-shift reports via Form or WhatsApp (checklists + notes on issues or incidents).
Other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Tools:
1–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, customer service, or hospitality roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-presented, polished, and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy (Google Suite, WhatsApp Business, CRM or booking systems)
High level of discretion and customer service orientation
