Job Summary:
We are hiring a Receptionist & Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our organization. This full-time, shift-based role requires flexibility for morning, evening, and weekend coverage. The position demands excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly, customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and support administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients, guests, and staff.

Location - Ikate, Lekki
Employment Type - Full-Time (Shift-based schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check in all clients, walk-ins, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency

  • Manage the front desk phone line, WhatsApp business line, and email inquiries

  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups

  • Maintain daily logs of client visits, walk-ins, and scheduled meetings

  • Keep accurate records of visitor interactions, client notes, and service needs

  • Assist in maintaining readiness by monitoring presentation standards (cleanliness, ambiance, materials availability)

  • Support with logistics, vendor calls, reservations, or concierge tasks as required

  • Relay client requests, feedback, or issues promptly to the relevant team members

  • Assist with client activations, managing RSVPs, guest lists, and coordination

  • Ensure the reception area always reflects the brand’s luxury image

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, customer service, or hospitality roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Well-presented, polished, and professional demeanor

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, WhatsApp Business, CRM or booking systems)

  • High level of discretion and customer service orientation
