We're currently seeking a dynamic and innovative individual for the role of Graphic Designer on behalf of our esteemed client.
Job Summary: 
Prime Hire is hiring a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for bringing our brand — and our clients’ brands — to life through clean, compelling, and intentional visuals.
This isn’t a “just-make-it-look-nice” design role. We’re looking for someone who understands how design communicates purpose, drives engagement, and aligns with strategy.
What You’ll Do
Design creative assets for Prime Hire and client brands across digital and print
Create engaging social media graphics, carousels, and short-form content (e.g., reels thumbnails, stories)
Develop brand decks, presentations, proposals, and pitch materials
Design website visuals, banners, and digital product templates
Produce HR and corporate materials — ID cards, certificates, forms, etc.
Maintain visual consistency across projects and platforms
Collaborate with HR, marketing, and operations teams to ensure all deliverables are on-brand and effective
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of professional graphic design experience
Strong proficiency in Canva (bonus if you know Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign)
An eye for layout, typography, and color harmony
Familiarity with brand design, digital marketing, and basic video content editing
Comfort working across multiple brands and projects at once
Ability to think creatively while following brand guidelines
Excellent communication and file organization habits
Nice to Have
Experience creating designs for HR, recruitment, or operations brands
Working knowledge of website builders (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress)
