We're currently seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to take on the role of Receptionist & Front Desk Coordinator for our client.

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Receptionist & Front Desk Coordinator for a high-end showroom and lifestyle space. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, managing the front desk while providing seamless support to the Lifestyle Manager and showroom team.

This role goes beyond basic reception duties—you’ll help set the tone for a premium client experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, attended to, and properly guided through the showroom process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check in all clients, walk-ins, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency

  • Manage the front desk phone line, WhatsApp business line, and email inquiries

  • Handle client arrivals by coordinating closely with the Lifestyle Manager and showroom team to ensure a smooth handover

  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups

  • Maintain daily logs of client visits, walk-ins, and scheduled meetings

  • Keep accurate records of visitor interactions, client notes, and service needs

  • Assist in maintaining showroom readiness by monitoring presentation standards (cleanliness, ambiance, materials availability)

  • Support the Lifestyle Manager with logistics, vendor calls, reservations, or concierge tasks as required

  • Prepare light refreshments or arrange hospitality services for client visits if needed

  • Relay client requests, feedback, or issues promptly to the Lifestyle Manager or relevant team members

  • Assist with showroom events or client activations, managing RSVPs, guest lists, and front-of-house coordination

  • Ensure the reception area always reflects the brand’s luxury image

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, customer service, or hospitality roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Well-presented, polished, and professional demeanor

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, WhatsApp Business, CRM or booking systems)

  • High level of discretion and customer service orientation
