Scope Of Engagement

This recruitment service covers one role per engagement and may include multiple hires for the same role, where required.

Our fee is success-based and ranges between 12.5% – 15% of the candidate’s annual gross compensation, depending on role complexity, urgency, and screening requirements.

The recruitment process typically takes 2–4 weeks, subject to scope and client responsiveness.

Step 1: Discovery & Setup
• Discovery form + call to understand your needs
• Invoice & SLA shared
• Payment confirms kickoff

Step 2: Job Description & Application Link
• We enhance or create a professional job description
• Custom application link is generated for candidates

Step 3: Sourcing & Screening
• Active sourcing from internal and external networks
• Pre-screening candidates using criteria you approve

Step 4: Shortlisting & Interviews
• 3–5 top candidates delivered with fit summaries
• We coordinate interviews and prep candidates
• If shortlisted candidates do not meet expectations, we re-source at no additional cost

Step 5: Offer & Hire
• Offer delivery and support with negotiation if needed
• Employee verification completed prior to final onboarding

Step 6: Post-Hire Support
• 2-week and 3-month check-ins
• 1-month replacement guarantee (if needed)

Verification

Employee verification includes:
• Address verification
• Guarantor verification
Additional checks — including criminal record checks, education verification, or previous employment verification — are available at an additional cost, where required.

Payment Terms

• 100% payment upfront confirms kickoff
• For select engagements, a 70% upfront / 30% milestone-based option may be approved at our discretion
