Job Summary:
Mystery Shoppers act as regular customers while observing how businesses handle inquiries, sales, support, or complaints.
After each visit, you’ll complete a short online report detailing your experience.
Assignments vary across sectors: banking, retail, restaurants, hotels, logistics, tech, healthcare, and more.
Location - Nationwide
Employment Type - Paid Per Assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned mystery-shopping tasks (in-person, phone, or online)

• Follow the provided scenario professionally

• Observe staff behavior, service quality, speed, and compliance

• Submit your report within 12–24 hours of each assignment

Required Skills & Tools:

• Age 18 or above

• Based in any Nigerian state (nationwide recruitment)

• Reliable smartphone + internet access

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Willingness to sign an NDA and maintain confidentiality

• Able to attend a short online orientation before first assignment
