We're currently seeking a dynamic and innovative individual for the role of Executive Assistant.

Job Summary:
Prime Hire is seeking organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal / Executive Assistants to support high-level individuals and business owners in dynamic, fast-paced environments. These positions range from hospitality and retail management support to private-client executive assistance.

Each placement requires excellent judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to manage both business and personal responsibilities with professionalism. If you’re proactive, highly organized, tech-savvy, and a confident communicator, keep reading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries (local & international).

  • Coordinate daily schedules, errands, meetings, and follow-ups across business and family priorities.

  • Liaise with internal staff, vendors, domestic personnel (drivers, nannies, household staff), and external partners.

  • Draft correspondence, meeting notes, reports, and social-media or marketing coordination when needed.

  • Oversee event planning, reservations, and logistics for personal and professional engagements.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all sensitive information and client matters.

  • Handle expense tracking, petty-cash reconciliation, and procurement follow-ups.

  • Anticipate needs and take initiative in solving problems before they escalate.

  • Represent the client with warmth, professionalism, and discretion at all times.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer supporting a senior executive or business owner.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability.

  • Strong communication — written and verbal.

  • Proficiency with digital tools.

  • Professional appearance and positive, solutions-oriented attitude.

  • High level of discretion when handling personal or financial information.

  • Must be Lagos-based (roles are on the Island).

  • Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends; some roles include travel requirements.
