Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines while ensuring conversations remain empathetic and human.
Meet performance metrics, including call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.
Other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Tools:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Patience and empathy in handling customer concerns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a high volume of calls.
Professional, trustworthy and discreet with confidential information.
