Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Location - Ikate, Lagos
Employment Type - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries or issues.

  • Record and update customer information accurately in the system.

  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines while ensuring conversations remain empathetic and human.

  • Meet performance metrics, including call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Patience and empathy in handling customer concerns.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a high volume of calls.

  • Professional, trustworthy and discreet with confidential information.
